Beautiful Polished Smokey Quartz Crystal Heart. Measures approximately 1" x 1" and weighs approximately 0.4 ounces. Smoky Quartz is said to help with a range of negative emotions, including fear, anger, stress, and depression. It is also said to promote emotional balance and positive thinking. Smoky quartz is said to help with physical pain, provide protection from negative energies, cleanse the aura, help with grounding during meditation, help with concentration, communication and overcoming fear of failure.

You will receive the crystal pictured. Please understand that crystals are naturally formed in the earth, and no two are the same. That being said, once carved and polished, there may be naturally occurring imperfections such as natural cracks, chips, blemishes etc., which make them unique. We do our best to take multiple pictures and video to show all aspects of a crystal. Pictures are taken in natural lighting so color and shading may look different in different lighting. Measurements provided are approximations so please refer to pictures of crystal taken with ruler, or a quarter for smaller pieces, to have a clearer understanding of the size of the crystal you are choosing.
