Additional Information
This listing is for a single (1) 'Satin Spar' Selenite Stick. Product photography used in this listing is a representation of our collection. The unique specimen you receive will be similar to the stones pictured and will have its own individual traits. Please understand that crystals are naturally formed in the earth, and no two are the same. That being said, once carved and polished, there may be naturally occurring imperfections such as natural cracks, chips, blemishes etc., which make them unique. We do our best to take multiple pictures and video to show all aspects of a crystal. Pictures are taken in natural lighting so color and shading may look different in different lighting. Measurements provided are approximations so please refer to pictures of crystal taken with ruler, or a quarter for smaller pieces, to have a clearer understanding of the size of the crystal you are choosing. If you have any questions about a specific crystal, please reach out to us before purchasing. Our email address is peaceatthebeach7@gmail.com. We will be happy to send you additional video and/or pictures upon request or answer any questions you may have. Thanks so much for your understanding; and thank you for visiting our shop, too.
Selenite or Satin Spur
Both Satin Spar and Selenite are in the gypsum family. Satin Spar is a fibrous and opaque stone that is typically sold as Selenite in the metaphysical community. Selenite is clear and you can see through it. The sticks/rods for sale in this listing is technically 'satin spar".
Crystal Care
Satin Spar/Selenite is a natural material so imperfections like flaking, mineral deposits, dots or varying crystalline structure are to be expected. Please use care when using and do not get wet as Satin Spar/Selenite is a soft stone and will break down when exposed to water.
