This stunning Fire Quartz Crystal Palmstone measures approximately 1 1/2" x 2"" and weighs approximately between 1.4 - 1.9 ounces. Fire Quartz, also known as Hematite Quartz, is Clear Quartz with Hematite inclusions. A darker fire quartz, with richer red or brown hues, is more dominated by the hematite inclusions. Fire Quartz is considered a grounding stone, helping to anchor one in the present moment and provide a sense of stability. It is also believed to enhance focus and concentration, making it beneficial for those who struggle with attention spans or need help staying focused on tasks. Fire quartz is said to bring clarity, helping to dispel mental fog and improve intuition.
